I am a registered psychologist with extensive experience in both government and non-profit sectors, including community and justice services. I provide a safe, non-judgemental and inclusive environment where clients feel heard and understood. I believe in building strong therapeutic relationships and apply a strengths-based, client-centred, neurodiversity-affirming, culturally responsive and trauma-informed approach to therapy. My goal is to work collaboratively with clients, tailoring my support to their unique needs and helping them achieve their therapeutic goals. I have experience working with veterans and first responders, people of the LGBTQI+ community and Aboriginal clients in both Metro and remote community settings.
I offer services under the NDIS, mental health treatment plans, and privately, ensuring accessibility for a wide range of clients. I specialise in helping clients navigate challenges such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and sleep issues, utilising evidence-based therapies including Cognitive Behaviour Therapy (CBT), Cognitive Behaviour Therapy for Insomnia (CBT-I), Motivational Interviewing, Solution-Focused Brief Therapy, and Vocational Counselling. My approach is grounded in empathy and collaboration, ensuring that every client feels supported as they work towards their personal goals to achieve holistic wellbeing.
I am an Associate Member of the Australian Psychological Society (APS).
