We are currently seeking a Reception and Administrative Support Officer to cover a leave period for an initial 3 weeks, with the possibility of extension. The role is set to start in early September.
Position Details:

- Workdays: 2-3 days a week
- Hours: 9:30 AM to 2.30 PM (flexibility to suit school hours or personal needs)
- Start Date: Immediate

Key Responsibilities:
- Scheduling client appointments efficiently and with care
- Promptly responding to client queries via phone and email
- Issuing invoices and managing client payments
- Reviewing incoming correspondence and directing it appropriately
- Managing the Outlook email inbox with attention to detail
- Handling HiCAPS and Medicare payments
- Managing NDIS Funding
Ideal Candidate: We prefer someone with experience in a medical practice or as a receptionist, and familiarity with Power Diary highly regarded. However, we are open to considering candidates with relevant skills and experience who are quick to learn.
