Fees
At Allied Health for Wellness our current fee for an appointment with an experienced Registered Psychologist or Mental Health Social Worker is $210.00*. Standard Medicare rebates for eligible services if you have a referral from your Psychiatrist or GP under Mental Health Treatment Plan.
Private billing is also available and depending on your private health fund you may be eligible for a rebate.

Deposit
Fees are charged on a per session basis, we may request a 50% deposit at the time of booking.
An invoice for service will be issued 7 days before your booking and full payment is required to our bank account 2 business days before your appointment. Medicare claims will be processed at completion of your consultation.
Or you can opt in to our Stripe Payment Authority which allows us to seamlessly process your credit/debit card payment and Medicare claim on the day of your consultation, without the need to wait at reception.
Late cancellation fees
Late cancellation (less than 2 business days) will incur 50% fee. Non-attendance fees will incur a 100% fee. (There is no Medicare rebate available on any cancellation fees)
We understand that sometimes you are unable to keep your appointment due to an unforeseen illness or emergency, please contact our admin team as soon as possible to discuss your circumstance and for consideration of fee waiver.
Repeat late cancellation or non-attendance may result in you being required to prepay your fees in full before you can secure an appointment.

Psychological assessments?
Psychological Testing is a process to measure various aspects of cognitive functioning such as personality, memory or problem-solving. Our Psychologists can help you with most of your psychological testing needs. A psychological assessment may also assist you with your NDIS application.
We typically undertake our tests online on our devices at our sessions under our supervision. Tests vary greatly in price and will include scoring and reporting in a session(s) with your psychologist as necessary.
